The space

Unique tranquil loch front setting in the Arrochar Alps located only 45 minutes from Glasgow City Centre, or 55 minutes from the Ski Centre in Glencoe. 

Three bedrooms, large lounge with panoramic views only 10 ft from the waters edge at high tide.   living room has a 42 inch  SMART FLATSCREEN TV. You simply will not find a better waterside location. The only thing we overlook is the view !

Should you wish to arrange a party please feel free to contact the owners regarding advance decorationg prior to your arrival,  for that special celebration whether birthday or anniversary !
Large communal garden games room with pool table, airhockey, darts and playstation etc. children must have adult supervision.

Oudoor bar seating area with gas fire pit is communal and may be booked for exclusive use  ! booking in advance for special occassions may be made, area has fire pits and gas patio heaters for winter use.
We also have kayaks and small boats available for fishing or messing around on the water !

Other things to note

Ski or snowboard at Xcape Braehead 40 min drive,
also has mutliscreen cinema facilities. fishing and boating TOGETHER WITH WATERSPORTS ALL FREE OF CHARGE !
